Words from our founder
I joined the hospitality industry to meet people, but my family history and the industry’s culture keeps me here. My father, grandparents, and great parents build their livelihoods in industry—owning bars, bottling whiskey, and bartending to make ends meet.
At the age of 19, I found myself in a similar situation.
My hockey career came to a close and I wanted to excel in an industry where I could meet interesting people and use my skills to support philanthropic causes I cared about.
Hospitable Nicoll is the byproduct of the bartending processes, mixology skills, and product expertise I've gained in my decade working in the hospitality industry.
It’s my service back to an industry built on relationships, history, and of course, good times.
